Contingency arrangements to deal with COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Clients and Business partners,
The facts, preparation and spread of the COVID-19 virus are quickly evolving. There is nothing more important to us than the health, and safety of all of you, as well as our own personnel. At the same time with extreme financial market volatility, the ability of GPP Wealth Management to be able to service your financial and asset management needs are more important than ever.
In order to maintain our normal high levels of responsiveness, in what are clearly abnormal times, it is imperative that your financial advisory team can continue functioning through this health crisis.
We will immediately be taking the following steps to mitigate risk:
Financial advisors are fully equipped to work remotely. With immediate effect advisors will be working not only remote from the office, but remotely from each other.
No client meetings will be conducted face to face, but will rather be conducted via “go to meeting”, until further notice.
Should you have a future meeting scheduled, we will reach out to you personally to schedule via “Go to Meeting”.
Account paperwork requirements will be exchanged electronically with clients, and where possible will be electronically signed.
Our broker/dealer, Avantax Investment ServicesSM, Registered Investment Advisor, Avantax Advisory Services SM and other business partners all have their own business contingency planning procedures in place.
All non-essential travel is immediately suspended.
No conferences will be attended.
